Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer service specialist, male or female, between 21-35 years old, college degree or above;

2. Responsible for handling the booking before shipment, and coordinating customers to deal with shipment issues and data issues;

3. It is better to have internal communication and collaboration and system experience, without training.

4. Responsible for customer's daily service consultation, and timely feedback to colleagues in the business department if there is any problem.
